No-Bake Mango Cheesecake/Pie
Delicious no bake mango cheesecake/pie is the perfect dessert for summertime.
Servings: 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 300ml can
- 1 tbsp Gelatin
- 1 package Cream Cheese 250g
- 0.5 cups Hot Water to dissolve the gelatin
- 2 cups Mango Pulp kesar or alphonso
- 2 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 3 tsp Ground Ginger Powder to taste
- 3 tsp Ground Cardamom Powder to taste
Instructions
- First, heat the water in your microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Put it aside and let it cool.
- Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, ground ginger powder, ground cardamom powder, and mango pulp. Adjust the amount of ginger and cardamom powder to taste.
- Blend the mixture with the cooled down gelatin
- After the filling is smooth and well blended, pour it evenly on the pie crusts
- Allow the pies to thicken in the refrigerator for at least two and a half hours. If the pies are not set after two and a half hours, refrigerate them for another hour and check.
