Low Carb Pizza Dough/Cheesebuns
Low carb pizza dough that can be used as hamburger buns
Servings: 4 buns
Equipment
- Parchment Paper
- Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
- 1 tsp Seasoning Ex. oregano, garlic powder, etc. To taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients and any seasonings
- Place 4 mounds (to use as buns), or 1 mound (for pizza crust), or a silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
