Low carb pizza dough that can be used as hamburger buns

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Cookie Sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Ex. oregano, garlic powder, etc. To taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Combine all ingredients and any seasonings
  • Place 4 mounds (to use as buns), or 1 mound (for pizza crust), or a silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes
